Welcome to Kupendo. By using our dating application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
You agree to treat all users with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited. You will not engage in any conduct that could harm, threaten, or intimidate other users.
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices. This includes but is not limited to:
Any attempt to defraud or scam other users will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
You agree not to post, share, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates community standards.
Any content depicting minors in sexual situations is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities.
Any attempt to use Kupendo for child sex trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation of minors is strictly prohibited. All suspected cases will be immediately reported to federal and local law enforcement agencies.
The creation, distribution, or sharing of AI-generated, computer-generated, or deepfake content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited and illegal. This includes any synthetic or manipulated images, videos, or content that depicts minors in sexual situations, regardless of whether real children were involved in the creation process.
Pornographic material, explicit sexual content, or content depicting violence is prohibited.

The use of Kupendo for human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sex trafficking, or any form of exploitation is absolutely prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that exploits, traffics, or harms children or vulnerable individuals.
Any suspected activity related to trafficking or exploitation, especially involving minors, will be immediately reported to the above authorities. Your account will be permanently terminated, and all available information will be provided to law enforcement to ensure prosecution. We actively monitor for and report all suspected trafficking activities.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
You must use your own photos and provide genuine information about your identity, age, location, and personal details. Any attempt to misrepresent your identity will result in account termination.
You agree to maintain only one active account on Kupendo.
If you have been banned or restricted, you may not create a new account to bypass such restrictions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kupendo. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and may request identification if necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content, features, and functionality of Kupendo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Kupendo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

Kupendo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes, and continued use of Kupendo after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Kupendo offers optional premium subscriptions with enhanced features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Premium subscriptions are available in the following plans: • Weekly Trial: $14.99 per week (7 days) • Monthly Premium: $24.99 per month (30 days) • Quarterly: $69.99 every 3 months (90 days) • Semi-Annual: $109.99 every 6 months (180 days)
All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or through your device's subscription management settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our support team at support@kupendo.co within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.
Premium subscriptions include but are not limited to: unlimited likes, see who liked you, advanced filters, priority matching, profile boost, and other exclusive features as described in the app.
Subscriptions may be managed by going to your Account Settings after purchase. For iOS users, you can also manage subscriptions through Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. For Android users, go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions.
By using Kupendo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
