Prohibition of Fraud and Scamming

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices. This includes but is not limited to:

• Requesting money or financial assistance from other users
• Misrepresenting your financial status
• Creating fake emergencies
• Any other form of financial exploitation

Prohibited Content - Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

You agree not to post, share, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates community standards.

Prohibition of Human Trafficking and Child Sex Trafficking

The use of Kupendo for human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sex trafficking, or any form of exploitation is absolutely prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that exploits, traffics, or harms children or vulnerable individuals.

• Federal law enforcement (FBI, Department of Homeland Security)
• Local police departments
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• International child protection organizations

Authentic Identity and Prohibition of Catfishing

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.

• Creating fake profiles
• Impersonating others
• Using someone else's photos or information
• Engaging in catfishing

Prohibition of Multiple or Clone Accounts

You agree to maintain only one active account on Kupendo.

• Creating multiple accounts
• Creating clone accounts
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kupendo. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and may request identification if necessary.

Privacy and Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Be cautious when sharing personal information with other users
• Report any suspicious behavior immediately

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kupendo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Kupendo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect the safety and integrity of our community

Limitation of Liability

Kupendo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline
• You use Kupendo at your own risk

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes, and continued use of Kupendo after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
